SCENIC DESIGNS
For their first graduate school project, students were played a selection of songs and asked to bring in an object that represented one of them. Caitlin Eby chose "Coney Island Baby" by Tom Waits and brought in a dried and burned rose. They were then asked to interpret the object and the song into a scenic design, as shown below.
