As a lighting designer with a diverse background in theatre and entertainment, I have a passion for innovative themed environments, immersive guest experiences, and design that pushes the boundaries of technology while helping to tell a story.
I began studying theatre since 2006, achieving my B.A. in Theatrical Technology and Production from Western Michigan University and my M.F.A in Theatrical Lighting Design from California State University Long Beach.
Since 2013, I have been actively working in theatre and themed entertainment. My freelance design work in the Greater Los Angeles Area has included organizations such as Rogue Artist’s Ensemble, DIAVOLO Dance Company, The L.A. Choral Lab, and The Natural History Museum of L.A. County. I worked as an architectural lighting designer for Thinkwell Group in Los Angeles, where I worked closely with clients such as Google, the NFL, and many more.
I am familiar with GrandMA, Hog, and ETC programming. I own a Hedgehog 4X as my primary console and is available for rent with any contracted freelance work I am associated with.
